Must:

- Proficient in supporting Windows Client OS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office support
- Experience with Active Directory tools
- Basic understanding of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Have or are working towards Microsoft 365/Azure fundamentals/Educator

We are a growing Managed Services company based in Cullompton, looking for an office-based IT Support Technician to act as the first point of contact for our service desk. Youll support multiple organizations with various environments, operating systems, and hardware, assisting our senior engineers with project work and maintaining server and networking hardware.
