NCR Switch Quality Engineer

- Background or understanding of Quality Management, including best practices for deployment by large, complex, contract-led organizations - Strong organizational skills - Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement - Ability to influence and provide constructive challenge accepted by others - Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Capability to support and implement practical solutions while remaining open to others ideas - Confident and articulate communicator, able to present to large audiences - Ability to interface between project teams and supplier organizations - Team player recognizing how their position impacts others - Pro-active and flexible, able to plan and work on own initiative - Fluent in English with excellent written skills and attention to detail - Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Ability to work effectively with Office 365 SharePoint and Teams collaboration platforms - First-hand experience in the nuclear sector or other safety-critical industry (desirable) - Familiarity with PowerBI or similar reporting platforms (desirable) - Comfort using JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools (desirable) - Understanding of a regulated nuclear site environment (desirable) - Experience in ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 19443 and ONR license conditions (essential) - Trained and experienced in the use of PowerBI (desirable) - Trained and experienced in the use of JIRA, Confluence, or other Atlassian tools (desirable)
