- LEAN Six Sigma green belt trained (Desirable)
- Experience using PowerBI or equivalent visualisation tool (Desirable)
Responsibilities
- Support the SZC organisation in updating and publishing documents
- Develop and refine procedures for the Sizewell C project
- Manage the procedure work pipeline to ensure adherence to standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver process requirements and solutions
- Train and coach others in procedure development best practices
- Organise and facilitate workshops for process definition
- Lead a team of IMS Analysts and ensure prioritisation of tasks
- Provide Process Architecture service to the IMS Governance Manager
- Assess ongoing process improvement initiatives and provide recommendations
- Create and present procedure-related updates at strategic forums
- Promote the implementation of the IMS throughout the business
- Coordinate the flow of business processes between functions
- Maintain data records for easy access within the EDRMS

We are looking for a Lead IMS Analyst to join our Integrated Management System (IMS) team based in our Suffolk, Gloucester, Manchester, Bristol, or London office with hybrid working options available.
