Requirements
Must:
- Senior IT Business Partner or business systems leadership experience
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail or Supply Chain sector preferred
- SAP S4/HANA knowledge with a focus on integration with 3rd Party Logistic providers
- Experience with EDI, automation & process optimisation initiatives
- Knowledge of Master Data Management through Informatica & SAP MDM
- Strong experience in supporting & optimising B2B operations
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS solutions such as Ecosio EDI, Product Specification & Go-to Market
- Understanding of automation solutions like Winshuttle
- Proven leadership of cross-functional transformation programmes
- Strong commercial awareness & stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic mindset & emotional intelligence
- Collaborative, people-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Act as the Senior IT Business Partner to Commercial & Supply Chain functions
- Ensure systems, integrations, and processes support business performance and growth
- Own the B2B Applications landscape & integrations
- Lead cross-functional planning and strategic stakeholder engagement
- Manage vendors and coordinate with international IT teams
- Drive digital transformation, automation & process improvement
- Shape and govern the IT demand pipeline aligned to business priorities
- Lead prioritisation and investment planning
- Facilitate governance forums with senior stakeholders
- Translate business strategy into capability roadmaps and investment cases
- Lead workshops to identify improvement and innovation opportunities
- Coach and develop a team of IT Business Partners & Analysts
- Establish clear objectives and performance standards
- Foster collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
- Drive integration, automation and process simplification
- Successfully lead business cases and transformation initiatives
- Develop capability roadmaps aligned with Enterprise Architecture
- Identify opportunities leveraging AI, automation & advanced analytics
- Ensure scalability for future growth
