Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst with a strong background in large-scale or complex enterprise environments. You should have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations, data flows, and cross-system dependencies. A proven ability to produce high-quality system documentation, data flow diagrams, and architectural summaries is essential. You must be confident in conducting interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions quickly and effectively. Additionally, you should possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in the FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors is desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will partner with teams in Finance, IT, and Supply Chain. You'll take ownership of capturing, validating, and documenting all integration points between S/4 HANA and a variety of local and global tools. This will directly contribute to the creation of the Systems Blueprint,” which will be used by our Architecture, IT, and Business Partnering teams. You'll conduct structured interviews with key system users and technical teams to understand the current-state architecture. Your work will include producing detailed data flow diagrams, mapping integration touchpoints between SAP S/4HANA and local/global applications, and identifying any local deviations from central/global models. You will also validate and refine the initial architecture diagram provided by the business and present the final Systems Blueprint to Business Partners and the wider project team.
Description
This assignment is a high-impact, short-term contract for 6 weeks with the potential for extensions. The day rate is £550 and the role is outside IR35. The position is remote, with occasional onsite visits in Hounslow, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
