Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on IT support / systems administration experience
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and device management
- Familiarity with macOS administration and security configuration
- Comfortable working through high-volume, process-driven tasks
- Organised and methodical with strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting security or compliance initiatives is highly desirable
- Confident working with stakeholders across the business to ensure deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day IT support requests alongside project work, including JIRA ticket triage
- Accessing company devices and manually reviewing configurations, carrying out re-enrolment and remediation where required
- Assisting with application packaging for Intune (100+ applications)
- Implementing macOS security hardening based on an existing configuration plan
- Monitoring Intune secure baseline alerts and liaising with users to resolve device issues
- Staying on top of patching alerts for both end-user devices and infrastructure
- Gathering audit evidence to support the Cyber Essentials+ assessment.
Description
We are seeking an IT Support and Systems Analyst to join our internal IT team for a 3-month contract in Bicester. This hybrid role requires you to be onsite for 3 days a week as we prepare for an upcoming Cyber Essentials+ audit. In this hands-on position, you will support daily operations and contribute to security and device management improvements across our business.
