Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computing or equivalent experience
- 2 plus years experience in Technical Support Role
- Experience using Office 365 administration
- Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD
- Good problem-solving ability and excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Full driving license for travel to other sites
- Desirable Skills: Veeam backup, Cisco Meraki (Router & Switches Configuration), VMware
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line support, diagnosing hardware and software faults
- Liaise with end-users to ensure issues are resolved
- Offer helpdesk support on a variety of back-office applications
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Set up new hardware and recycle old hardware
- Approve permission change requests and manage starter and leaver processes
- Assist with support for Active Directory
- Ensure licenses are assigned and/or renewed as needed
- Assist with the roll-out of new applications
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers as required
- Provide hardware support for PCs, laptops, printers, photocopiers, and office moves
- Manage users and user environment including application management and network environment
