Requirements

Must:
- A degree, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; backgrounds in Science or Maths are also welcome. - Technically astute with the ability to take on a lead technical role. - Experience in C#, Kentico, React, and API .NET Core / .Net 4.5, Angular, JQuery, and AWS. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Sound knowledge of API development and integration. - Familiarity with SOLID principles, MVC architecture, and modern software design patterns. - Good knowledge of front-end technologies such as SASS, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with working on legacy code and refactoring techniques is an advantage. - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. - Ability to lead or manage teams immediately or with development over time.

Responsibilities

- Lead a small team of seven Full Stack Software Developers, Engineers, and QA. - Act as project lead, managing tasks and delegating effectively. - Engage in hands-on software development. - Collaborate with stakeholders, senior management, and the board to develop strategies. - Present ideas and updates to stakeholders and senior management. - Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C#, Kentico, React, and API .NET Core. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and enhancements. - Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, utilizing SOLID principles and MVC architecture. - Implement and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between system components. - Ensure best practices in UI/UX design for responsive and user-friendly interfaces using SASS and Node.js. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. - Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards through code reviews. - Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending best practices and tools to enhance our development processes.
