Must:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in commercial Web Application and API security testing. You should have software development literacy or a system administration background. It is essential to have strong skills in at least one domain: Cloud (Azure/AWS), Product Security, Mobile Testing, or Active Directory exploitation. High-standard reporting and client-facing communication skills are a must. Certifications such as OSCP, CRT, CRTO, OSEP, or GWAPT are advantageous. We value a desire to grow into red-team delivery.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver web application and API penetration tests, including those on complex and modern architectures. You will lead assessments across infrastructure, cloud, and product security, identifying and exploiting real-world risks. Producing high-quality reports and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities. You will also support offensive security tooling improvements and internal research initiatives. As a mentor to junior testers, you will play a key part in the continuous improvement of our testing capabilities. Additionally, you will progressively support red-team style engagements, building the skills and experience needed for full-scope simulations.

We are a CREST-accredited Cyber Security consultancy committed to delivering high-quality penetration testing services across web, mobile, cloud, and product environments for organizations in finance, healthcare, SaaS, and critical infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior Penetration Tester with strong commercial experience who is eager to advance their career into more Red Team and offensive security engagements. In this role, you will take a lead role in delivering assessments, improving testing approaches, and guiding junior team members, while having the opportunity to participate in red team activities as part of your growth. This position is remote (UK) with a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for training and certification.
