Requirements
Must:
- Regulated sector experience (Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pensions, or Utilities)
- Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions across multiple technology domains (applications, integration, data, infrastructure, security)
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of approximately 10 Solution Architects
- Ability to act as a change enabler or agent in transitioning to a product/domain lead environment
- TOGAF (Foundation or Practitioner) or equivalent architecture framework experience is desirable
- Experience with Agile architecture approaches (e.g. SAFe or equivalent) is preferable
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Solution Architects, providing mentorship and guidance
- Design and implement end-to-end IT solutions across various technology domains
- Facilitate the transition to a product-based operating model
- Act as a change agent within the organization, driving innovation and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technology strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance architecture processes
