Requirements
Must:
- Regulated sector experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pensions, or Utilities
- Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions across multiple technology domains (applications, integration, data, infrastructure, security)
- Team management experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring a team of approximately 10 Solution Architects
- Experience as a change enabler or agent within a product or domain lead environment
- TOGAF (Foundation or Practitioner) or equivalent architecture framework experience is desirable
- Familiarity with Agile architecture approaches (e.g., SAFe or equivalent) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee the architecture and design of solutions across various technology domains
- Manage and mentor a team of Solution Architects, fostering their professional development
- Act as a change agent in transitioning to product and domain lead environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of architectural strategies with business objectives
- Design end-to-end solutions that meet regulatory and operational requirements
