Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data visualization and modeling.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work across teams and influence outcomes.
- Desirable experience in a project, program, portfolio, or PMO environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver insightful analysis and reporting, using advanced data manipulation and visualization techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical needs and provide thematic insights that enhance decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators and resource allocation trends, offering recommendations to optimize delivery outcomes.
- Lead the production of accurate, timely, and engaging reports that support portfolio governance and performance tracking.
- Support budget forecasting and expenditure monitoring to ensure financial alignment with departmental objectives.
- Coach and mentor colleagues to build data literacy and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze program and project controls to identify risks, issues, and dependencies, helping to mitigate potential impacts.
Description
We are a leading company looking to recruit a Data and Insights Analyst for a permanent hybrid role in Warwickshire. The salary ranges from £40,000 to £45,000, along with a 17.5% bonus and benefits package, including a pension. In this pivotal role, you will enable data-led decision-making within our Enterprise Change Portfolio, supporting the successful delivery of change initiatives by providing expert analysis, performance tracking, and visual storytelling to senior stakeholders.
