Technical Support and Implementation Coordinator

I am excited to offer a position for a Technical Support & Implementation Coordinator with a salary range of £35,000 – 40,000 and great benefits, including private medical insurance and life insurance. This role is based at Birmingham Business Park, with the opportunity for hybrid working (1-2 days remote per week), and involves working Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours per week. You will play a critical role in supporting the rollout, maintenance, and evolution of our platform, managing internal technical requests, external development work, and supporting customers directly with onboarding, changes, and issue resolution.
