Requirements
Must:
- Experience of ERP systems.
- Engineering/Technical/Manufacturing background.
- Flexible – able to implement change and suggest areas of improvement.
- Fully conversant with MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Honest, reliable and punctual.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Office Manager in the Administration Department supporting various departments including production and engineering.
- Creating BOMs and sales orders on the companys ERP system.
- Managing the administration side of engineering projects from beginning to end.
- Ensuring the correct BOM is available promptly for customer quotations, purchasing supplies, and starting manufacture.
- Assisting with the full implementation of the new ERP system (EFACS).
- Supporting production and admin staff in running the ERP system.
- Importing BOM from Excel spreadsheets into the ERP system accurately and on time.
- Preparing reports for customers and internal departments.
- Arranging transport with customers and suppliers.
- Raising delivery notes and sales invoices.
- Collaborating closely with other departments such as Purchasing, Estimating, and Production.
- Performing other general admin tasks as required, including recruitment.
