- Comfort with translation tools for collaboration with non-English speakers
- Ability to build effective relationships in a remote, multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills for interacting with non-native English speakers
- City and Guilds or NVQ L3 (or equivalent) qualification
- High PC literacy and comfort with data analysis
- Experience with the Volvo brand (advantageous)
- Additional language skills (advantageous)

- Collaborate with a team of quality follow-up engineers across Europe
- Review dealer reports about vehicle defects and identify trends
- Communicate findings to our Central organization in Sweden
- Record and maintain data in internal systems
- Monitor market trends for known and emerging defects
- Communicate with the local organization on known issues and improvements
- Identify and report recurring defects and trends
- Provide customer-focused local knowledge and expertise
- Handle and respond to telephone calls and emails
