Requirements
Must:
- Proven Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong Sales Cloud knowledge, including flows and automation
- Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with a passion for data quality
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new Salesforce capabilities
- Exposure to Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or AI features (e.g. Einstein) is advantageous but not essential
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities and agility in learning
- Creativity in creating solutions and navigating change
- Ambitious with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing users, permissions, flows, and configurations
- Support and enhance Sales Cloud performance and data integrity
- Contribute to the implementation and use of Data Cloud, including data modelling and identity resolution
- Enable Marketing through structured, reliable datasets and support Marketing Cloud data processes
- Maintain documentation, support releases, and drive continuous platform improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
