Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience defining Power Platform strategy and governance in enterprise environments
- Strong delivery of Copilot Studio / AI strategy and governance (essential)
- Deep expertise in Power Platform governance (environment strategy, pipelines, provisioning, licensing, compliance)
- Experience enabling Citizen Development vs Pro Development frameworks
- Strong understanding of data governance, regulatory and compliance controls (ideally within Financial Services)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a governance platform supporting 100 applications and AI agents
- Define development frameworks across citizen, low-code, and pro developers
- Establish standards for data, compliance, and secure delivery
- Run workshops to drive adoption of AI and low-code technologies
- Advise on architecture across Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, and broader AI platforms
