Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Solid use of Quest or BitTitan MigrationWiz
- End-to-end project involvement from discovery through to implementation
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills
- Deep knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
- Experience with multi-forest Entra ID Connect and Windows device migrations
Responsibilities
- Run remote discovery workshops with client stakeholders
- Audit and assess 12 existing M365 tenants
- Design the migration approach and architecture
- Document dependencies, risks, and technical strategy
- Plan for device migration and Entra ID Connect setup
Description
We are a Microsoft-focused consultancy seeking an M365 Migration Consultant to lead the discovery phase of a large-scale M365 tenant-to-tenant migration. This is a fully remote position with a competitive pay rate of £450/day for an initial 45-day engagement, and there is strong potential for further involvement in delivery. We prioritize collaboration and are looking for someone to help us consolidate 12 tenants into one, creating a seamless transition for our clients.
