Requirements
Must:
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle
- Experience owning features end-to-end (from concept to deployment)
- Strong skills in React, TypeScript, Python, and Django
- Commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Exposure to Azure or cloud environments
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full stack applications

- Enhance backend services using Python and Django
- Take ownership of features and contribute to releases
- Work closely with the team to improve the product in a structured development environment using Git and CI/CD pipelines
Description
We are a Training and Adoption specialist with a focus on a SaaS product integrated within Microsoft 365 tenants, providing valuable insights into licensing, usage, and user behavior. Our fully remote team of four developers works collaboratively on this innovative platform. As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will receive structured training in Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Agents, gain hands-on experience with AI-driven development, and benefit from clear progression into senior or AI-focused roles while working with modern SaaS and Microsoft technologies.
