Requirements
Must:
- Proven 2nd Line Desktop Support experience in a professional environment
- Strong hands-on experience with SCCM and/or Intune for imaging and building of laptops and desktops
- Solid support skills with Windows 11 & MacOS
- Experience supporting VIPs and executive-level users / white glove is essential
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Line Desktop Support for Windows 11 and MacOS
- Support device deployment and VIP user support
- Image laptops using SCCM or Intune
- Configure devices for end users
- Provide in-person support to users
Description
We are a leading financial services company located in Stockley Park, offering a full-time, onsite opportunity for a Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support. This 3-month contract focuses on a major desktop migration with competitive pay rates of £240 per day on weekdays and £575 per day on weekends. We value hands-on experience with M365, Windows 11, and MacOS, and provide an exciting opportunity with an immediate start.
