Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a strong hands-on leader with expertise in Azure VMs, Storage, and Networking, and we prefer candidates who are AZ-104 certified. You should have solid experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform or Bicep. A proven background in running platforms in production, exposure to DevOps methodologies, and experience leading or mentoring engineers are essential.
Responsibilities
As the Cloud Ops Team Leader, you will lead the transition to a DevOps operating model. This involves modernizing our current setup, automating processes wherever possible, improving Terraform configurations, and eliminating manual operations. You will also manage and mentor a team of 6 engineers, setting the technical direction as we expand our cloud capabilities.

This role offers the opportunity to own and lead a significant cloud transformation within our growing SaaS company in London. You will have a clear path towards DevOps or engineering leadership, full support to modernize our tools and processes, and a high-impact role that provides real autonomy.
