Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a live, enterprise production environment.
- Proven background in application support, incident management, and problem resolution.
- Solid understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain business processes.
- Experience working with external support partners and system integrators.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to remain effective under pressure.
- Experience supporting multiple enterprise business applications (desirable).
- Understanding of integrations, data flows, and reporting platforms (desirable).
- Experience operating within ITIL-aligned support and service models (desirable).
- Exposure to audit or regulated environments (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Engage in business analysis to enhance application usage.
- Take ownership of product-related responsibilities as the role evolves.
- Collaborate with external support partners and system integrators.
- Manage incidents and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Analyze business processes and provide solutions to optimize performance.
- Ensure effective communication and documentation of processes and changes.
