Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on Azure engineering experience
- Proven Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Teams (including voice/telephony, security, and governance)
- Experience implementing or supporting Copilot or AI productivity tools (desirable)
- Solid understanding of networking, identity, and security best practices
- PowerShell or automation/Scripting skills
- Experience within insurance or financial services environments (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Engineer, support, and optimise Azure infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS)
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID
- Own and enhance Microsoft Teams (collaboration, voice, meetings, governance, policies, and integrations)
- Support rollout and adoption of Copilot and modern workplace automation
- Lead migrations, upgrades, and platform improvements
- Strengthen security, identity, and compliance controls
- Provide 3rd line support and technical expertise across infrastructure projects
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable, user-focused services
