Requirements
Must:
- CompTIA A+ or similar qualification, or demonstrable experience in a relevant role
- Proven experience supporting systems in process control, measurement, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
- Experience managing small projects to completion
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies in systems support
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Methodical, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business and customer needs
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system improvements
- Manage and resolve customer enquiries, act on feedback, and escalate issues efficiently
- Support installation, configuration, commissioning, and validation
- Collaborate with our Engineering teams to resolve hardware and software issues
- Provide technical guidance internally and contribute to training programs
- Collaborate with the Endress + Hauser Maulburg Support Department
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rota and provide internal IT/technical support as needed
- Occasional travel to client sites, with overnight stays
