Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates with previous experience in a Service Desk or IT support role. Familiarity with ManageEngine or similar IT service management (ITSM) tools is essential. A solid understanding of ITIL principles and IT support best practices is required. Additionally, you should possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities. Experience in a corporate or multi-site IT environment and a working knowledge of networks, hardware, and software support would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to provide first- and second-line IT support via email, phone, and ticketing systems. You will use ManageEngine to log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests. Monitoring tickets, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring timely resolution will be part of your duties. You will also maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset records. Assisting with routine administrative tasks, software updates, and system maintenance will be required, as well as participating in IT projects and change management activities as needed.
Description
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 (pro rata) on a 12-month contract with the potential for extension. You will be a part of a supportive, collaborative team culture, and this position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with ManageEngine and modern ITSM processes.
