Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and provide excellent service
