Solution Architect

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of designing modern application, integration, and cloud architectures across complex environments. You should possess capabilities across multiple architecture domains, with deeper expertise in at least one of the following: application, cloud, integration, data, or platform. Experience in delivering architecture options, technology selections, and pattern evaluations for major programs is essential. You must have the ability to provide strategic architectural direction through roadmaps, target-state design, modernisation pathways, and mentoring. A practical understanding of Agile delivery and the architects role within multidisciplinary teams is important. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will engage with both business and technical stakeholders. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure (AWS/GCP desirable), is expected. Familiarity with a broad ecosystem of vendors and platforms, such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and modern SaaS solutions, is also beneficial. Moreover, an appreciation for the commercial, organisational, people, and delivery impacts of architectural decisions is critical. Awareness or experience in emerging domains, such as microservices vs. packaged applications, event-driven and serverless architectures, multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud, API-first and integration platforms, and IoT enablement is desirable.
