Requirements
Must:
- Minimum CCNP Enterprise certification
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Experience in network HLD/LLD design
- Previous experience in technical pre-sales within a Managed WAN/LAN Service provider
- Familiarity with Cisco technology and other vendor technologies like Fortinet or Juniper
- Ability to create network designs based on business requirements
- Experience producing High Level designs and statements of work
- Strong mapping of customer needs to technical solutions
- Ability to deliver technical presentations and training
- Knowledge of WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies
- Up-to-date knowledge of SDN, SD-WAN, NFV, and network virtualization
- Experience with security products such as Firewalls and IDS-IPS
- Previous VoIP experience is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Design High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD)
- Act as a Solutions Architect and Technical Design Authority
- Create customer solution designs and schematics
- Implement proposed network solutions
- Map customer business objectives to technical solutions
- Deliver technical presentations and training to internal teams and clients
- Produce documentation outlining implementation and operation details
- Attend meetings at customer sites as required
