Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience building (not just using) design systems in Figma.
- Strong understanding of design structure, scalability, and visual consistency.
- Solid grasp of UX and product design principles, with the ability to create usable and aesthetically pleasing systems.
- Familiarity with front-end code (HTML, CSS, React, etc.) is helpful but not essential.
- An interest in AI design tooling or experience with AI-enhanced design workflows would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand upon our design system and component library in Figma.
- Structure and maintain a scalable, consistent system utilized by designers and engineers across the business.
- Collaborate with the wider design and engineering teams to ensure that components are aesthetically refined and technically feasible.
- Evolve the design system using an AI-native direction, working with internal experts to future-proof our approach.
