Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a strong engineering background, solid software design principles, and experience in iterative development. You should have hands-on experience with CI/CD, trunk-based development, and feature flagging. Expertise in TDD and automated testing is beneficial. An eye for quality, performance, and scalability is important, along with a passion for the craft—you take pride in writing clean code and pursuing continual improvement. Previous experience leading teams or mentoring engineers is also required.
Responsibilities
As a Tech Lead, you will take ownership of a core domain and help steer both technical design and delivery. You will lead small, agile teams in building critical infrastructure software and will be supported to grow into a people leadership role if you choose, all while remaining deeply hands-on in the engineering process.
