Requirements
Must:
- Strong backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Proven track record leading engineering teams
- Solid cloud and containerization experience (GCP, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience building reliable, scalable distributed systems
- Nice to have: Exposure to AI/ML or event-driven architectures
- Nice to have: Experience with Python or frontend technologies
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of backend engineers
- Designing and delivering scalable APIs and microservices
- Driving best practices across code quality, testing, and architecture
- Working closely with product and design to ship features at pace
- Owning cloud infrastructure across GCP and Kubernetes
