We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead who demonstrates strong technical skills and a passion for mentoring others. Familiarity with our tech stack, which includes PHP (Symfony), Angular, Typescript, and AWS, is highly desirable, although we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and adapt. We expect you to be able to problem solve effectively, as this is a key trait of our successful team members. Experience in scaling businesses will give you an edge, and if you can demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new challenges, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
In this newly created role, you'll be responsible for designing and reviewing system architecture while creating technical solutions. You will write and maintain high-quality, scalable code and guide a small, but growing, team in best practices and technical decisions. Your role will involve supporting CI/CD, deployment processes, and ensuring production stability. You'll break down work, assign tasks, and track progress while being passionate about removing blockers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Additionally, you will mentor and support the growth and performance of team members, as well as take part in recruiting and onboarding new talent as our engineering function continues to expand.
