Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a software engineering manager or team lead, ready to step up.
- Proven experience in managing and developing software teams.
- Strong cloud/SaaS background with solid technical grounding, having previously been a software developer with strong hands-on technical awareness.
- Desirable: Previous experience in the technology stack: Java, Python, React, AWS.
- Collaborative, process-oriented, and motivated to mature engineering practices.
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline tooling and microservices.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more engineering teams, driving delivery, process maturity, and code quality.
- Ensure engineering best practices across Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
- Support and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Provide technical leadership and input without being hands-on daily.
- Champion continuous improvement and scalable product delivery.
