Requirements
Must:
- Strong, demonstrable experience across both UX and UI
- Confidence operating as the sole UX designer, establishing process and best practice
- Comfortable engaging with clients and challenging stakeholders when required
- Experience designing for complex digital products
- Portfolio showcasing excellent research, UX flows, and polished UI is essential
Responsibilities
- Leading UX discovery, research, wireframing, and prototyping end-to-end
- Crafting intuitive, beautiful UI that enhances user experience across multiple platforms
- Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial stakeholders
- Introducing UX best practices, design processes, and standards across the organisation
- Acting as the UX voice in product discussions, influencing roadmap and direction
- Producing high-quality visual experiences that simplify complex workflows
