Requirements
Must:
- Strong pre-sales or solutions architecture experience within network infrastructure (routing, switching, transport)
- Deep knowledge of protocols like BGP, MPLS, EVPN, Segment Routing
- Familiarity with carrier-grade platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Arista, etc.)
- Confident communicator who can engage both hands-on engineers and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
- Based in the UK, Ireland, or EMEA, and open to occasional travel to Amsterdam
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales discovery, technical validation, and solution design
- Run demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and architecture sessions with customer stakeholders
- Support successful deployment and ensure long-term technical success
- Collaborate with product and engineering on feature requests and roadmaps
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for a strategic Tier 1 customer
- Help build repeatable processes and frameworks for future EMEA growth
