Requirements
Must:
- Strong software engineering background (Python ideally)
- Experience building production-grade applications or platforms
- Proven experience working with LLMs / Generative AI (APIs, prompt engineering, tooling)
- Comfortable working with APIs, data, and cloud environments
- Experience in a client-facing or consultative role
- Ability to take loosely defined problems and turn them into working solutions
- Someone who enjoys variety, ambiguity, and solving new problems
- Nice to Have: Experience with agent-based frameworks or multi-agent systems
- RAG, vector databases, or knowledge graph implementations
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization
- Data pipelines, ETL, or document processing
- Experience working in regulated environments
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to understand their environment, challenges, and goals
- Identify opportunities where AI and LLMs can deliver meaningful impact
- Design and architect bespoke AI solutions tailored to each use case
- Build, test and iterate solutions using modern AI development workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to turn ideas into production systems
- Rapidly prototype and refine solutions based on real user feedback
