Requirements
Must:
- Experience at senior level or above in a software engineering or technical role
- Strong Java development experience, ideally including Spring Boot
- Knowledge of Kafka or similar messaging/streaming technologies
- Professional experience working in cloud environments, ideally AWS (certifications welcome)
- Solid software architecture and system design abilities
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field from a reputable institution
- Interest in or exposure to the crypto/digital-assets space is highly valued, or solid experience working on complex financial services applications and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade platforms that power trading, risk, operations, and treasury workflows
- Build and maintain high-performance services, internal tools, and data feeds, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and resilient
- Work closely with business leads and front-office teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions
- Contribute to new greenfield initiatives and enhancements to existing systems
- Help drive engineering standards around quality, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.
