We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in information security or infrastructure engineering, particularly in a Security Engineering capacity. You should possess a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and SMTP. Practical operational experience in multiple areas is essential, including SIEM and SOAR, detection rules, playbooks, and use cases. Familiarity with Ansible, firewalls, IDS/IPS, as well as Windows and Linux platforms is important. Experience in cloud security or CNAPP, particularly with AWS or Azure, is highly valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities across both technical and non-technical teams. We appreciate a proactive, ethical, and detail-oriented approach, coupled with a commitment to ongoing learning. Candidates with a degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, as well as recognized industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or CompTIA Security, will stand out.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, and enhancing our security infrastructure. Your position will combine hands-on engineering with strategic input, incident response, and continuous improvement of our monitoring and defensive capabilities. You will support the build, deployment, and maintenance of secure infrastructure across the organization, manage and optimize SIEM and SOAR platforms, troubleshoot issues across our technology stack, and provide engineering guidance to teams throughout the business. Additionally, you will contribute to the automation of security processes, track KPIs to measure control effectiveness, assist in shaping a robust security architecture, and monitor the progress of key security engineering initiatives. You will also engage in incident investigations and collaborate with vulnerability management teams to strengthen our security posture.
