Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a Product Owner/Manager who has at least 3 years of experience in Product Management or a related role, preferably within the insurance, insurtech, or fintech sectors. You should possess a strong understanding of business processes, customer needs, and digital product development. Additionally, you should have the ability to define and negotiate Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and prioritize initiatives for impact. Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management is essential, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with UI/UX principles, CRM systems, or automation tools is also desirable.
Responsibilities
As a Product Owner/Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing product initiatives aimed at driving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. You will be responsible for bridging business operations, engineering, and product management to turn strategic goals into actionable initiatives that balance partner needs, technical feasibility, and user impact. Your tasks will include defining and managing product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, identifying opportunities for process improvement and workflow automation, delivering product solutions across enterprise, SaaS, and custom development environments, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes.
