Requirements
Must:
- 5 years experience in software engineering, with exposure to platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling environments
- Ideally experience with React and Ruby, though we are open to strong full-stack engineers willing to cross-train
- Proven ability to build, improve, or interact with internal platforms that enhance developer experience, scalability, and system reliability
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS), including how to design for performance, availability, and cost efficiency
- Experience working with or contributing to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern DevOps practices
- AI tooling experience is essential, particularly applying AI to improve platform capabilities, reduce manual effort, and optimise engineering workflows
Responsibilities
- Join our engineering team as we scale and innovate using AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer experience and platform reliability
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
