Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Computer Science or similar
- Professional experience in C#/.NET with strong exposure to web applications, APIs, and SQL
- Proven experience building enterprise-focused web solutions
- Solid understanding of design patterns and clean architecture principles
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD workflows
- Strong debugging, code review, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to explain technical concepts confidently to clients and colleagues
- Experience with Microsoft 365 integration (desirable)
- Experience in SharePoint or Teams app development (desirable)
- Experience in React or Blazor development (desirable)
- Ability to oversee full solution architecture and mentor others (desirable)
- Confidence working in customer-facing settings (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of web-based applications, ensuring architectural integrity and quality throughout
- Collaborate with a small, experienced team to progress projects at varied stages of the lifecycle
- Translate client requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical plans
- Build new features and enhance existing systems using technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL Server, React, Umbraco, and Microsoft 365 integrations
- Produce clean, maintainable, well-documented code aligned with best practices
- Engage directly with customers (remotely and occasional onsite) to discuss solutions, provide updates, and ensure successful delivery
