Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a senior IT support / L3 role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / tenancy setup
- Experience with servers and infrastructure
- Proficiency with firewalls, routers, and networking
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical delivery
- Comfortable in a client-facing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
- MSP experience is desirable but not essential
Responsibilities
- Leading the setup and onboarding of new client environments
- Deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 tenancies
- Installing and configuring servers, firewalls, and networking equipment
- Acting as the senior escalation point for complex IT issues
- Supporting a range of client environments across NI and the UK
- Visiting client sites regularly to deliver hands-on support
- Working closely with internal team members to improve service delivery

We are a well-established Managed Services Provider in Mid Ulster, currently experiencing significant growth and looking to strengthen our technical team with a Senior IT Support Engineer (L3). This is a hands-on, senior role where you will have real ownership and impact from day one, working within a close-knit team alongside senior leadership. This fully on-site position offers a fast-paced, varied workload across multiple environments, with the opportunity to work with a wide variety of technologies and projects.
