- Solid backend development experience (Node.js / C# / Java)
- Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, Fargate)
- Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture & messaging systems
- Strong database experience (SQL & NoSQL)
- CI/CD, testing, and Agile delivery experience
- Desirable: Experience in financial systems or regulated environments
- Desirable: C# / .NET exposure
- Desirable: Knowledge of low-latency systems
