Must:
We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise in SAP BI with strong business communication skills. You should have solid experience with SAP reporting tools, such as BW, SAC, or related SAP BI environments, and proven experience in supporting and developing reports for business teams. Confidence in working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights is essential. A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently within a small, agile BI team are also critical.
Responsibilities
As an SAP BI/Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of our company's SAP reporting and analytics capability. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing SAP reporting solutions across BW (Business Warehouse) and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Supporting business users with data queries, report requests, and SAP BI support tickets (approximately 40% BAU, 60% development/migration).
- Migrating manual or legacy reports into SAP tools to improve automation and data quality.
- Engaging directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Participating in ongoing initiatives, including SAP data enhancements, cloud adoption, and integration of new datasets.

Ideal candidates should have desirable criteria including experience across both front-end reporting and data modeling in BW or related tools, exposure to SAP Data Sphere, cloud analytics, or integrating non-SAP data sources, and familiarity with complex multi-system business environments.
