Must:
We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of experience in Product Management or a related role. You should have experience in the insurance, insurtech, or fintech sectors, and possess a strong understanding of business processes, customer needs, and digital product development. You must be able to define and negotiate MVPs, prioritize for impact, and have experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with UI/UX principles, CRM systems, or automation tools. It will be a plus if you have experience in start-up or scale-up environments, a background in employee benefits, group insurance, or policy systems, exposure to enterprise integrations or partner ecosystems, and experience in Solutions Architecture and leadership.

As our Product Owner/Manager, you will play a vital role in defining and executing product initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while driving business growth. You will bridge the gap between business operations, engineering, and product management, transforming strategic goals into actionable initiatives that balance partner needs, technical feasibility, and user impact. Your responsibilities will include defining and managing product roadmaps aligned with our business objectives, identifying opportunities for process improvement and workflow automation, delivering product solutions across enterprise, SaaS, and custom development environments, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes.
