Must:
We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer who has a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies. While experience in our tech stack, which includes PHP (Symfony), Angular, Typescript, and AWS, is highly appreciated, it is not mandatory. You must demonstrate a history of problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
As a Principal Engineer, you will design and review system architecture and create technical solutions. You will write and maintain high-quality, scalable code while guiding our small, but growing team in best practices and technical decisions. You will support CI/CD, deployment processes, and production stability. Your role will also involve breaking down work, assigning tasks, tracking progress, removing blockers, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Additionally, you will mentor and support team members' growth and performance and participate in recruiting and onboarding as our engineering function expands.
