Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience building and owning software in production
- Comfortable across backend, systems, and some frontend when needed
- Solid understanding of modern cloud and delivery practices
- Able to make sensible trade-offs and keep things pragmatic
- Already using AI tools to enhance how you build software (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Co-Pilot)
Responsibilities
- Take ideas and turn them into working, production-ready systems
- Improve and evolve existing platforms without unnecessary rewrites
- Build APIs, services, and, where needed, clean, usable frontends
- Move systems toward modern, cloud-native ways of working
- Use AI tools to speed up delivery and focus on what really matters
- Test ideas quickly through prototypes, then scale what works
