Requirements
Must:
- I need someone with proven experience in .NET backend development, ideally in a regulated or finance environment.
- I am looking for a candidate who can lead technical delivery while maintaining code quality and system security.
- It would be great if you enjoy shaping infrastructure and delivery processes using tools like AWS and CI/CD platforms.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to take on a hands-on leadership role, mentoring others while architecting and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- You will be responsible for working across backend systems, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure using AWS CDK in Python.
- I would like you to influence high-level design decisions and guide our team towards engineering excellence.
