Requirements
Must:
- Proven .NET backend experience, ideally in a regulated or finance environment.
- Strong expertise in AWS, particularly with tools like AWS CDK, Docker, and CI/CD platforms.
- Ability to lead technical delivery while maintaining code quality and system security.
- Enjoyment in mentoring others and shaping infrastructure and delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead development on key internal systems within a high-performing engineering function.
- Architect and deliver enterprise-scale solutions across backend systems, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure using AWS CDK in Python.
- Influence high-level design decisions and guide the team in delivering code that meets the highest standards of quality and security.
