Requirements
Must:
- Approximately 2-3 years of technical support experience in a fast-moving corporate environment
- Substantial experience supporting Apple Mac OS and Windows; familiarity with Linux is a plus
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira preferred) and endpoint management tools like Intune or Jamf
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with team members and end-users in a walk-in ticket environment
Responsibilities
- Provide timely support for hardware and software issues (in-person, phone, or email), specifically focusing on VPN (Global Protect), Intune (Windows), and Jamf (Mac)
- Build and deploy new systems (PC/Mac), handle employee onboarding/offboarding, and manage asset returns
- Maintain hardware inventory using Asset Sonar and manage equipment bookings
- Conduct weekly checks of AV/Conference rooms and coordinate with vendors on facility issues like wiring or UPS battery tests
